Good Things Come in Big Packages – Two Magnums from Vineyard 29

--One 1.5L 2014 Vineyard 29 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
--One 1.5L 2014 Vineyard 29 AIDA Cabernet Sauvignon

The beautiful Vineyard 29 Estate Vineyard is situated on the hillsides north of St. Helena, facing east. The historic Aida Estate Vineyard is just slightly north of that. Both unmatched vineyard sites have produced some of the most highly lauded, elegant and enjoyable Napa Valley wines, ever.

Here's your chance to get your hands on two of the most precious offerings -- in magnum! -- of this exquisite wine.

The 2014 Vineyard 29 flagship wine, 29 Estate, is a blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Grace clone and 2% Petit Verdot that was aged 20 months in 85% new French oak. Only 740 cases were made of this opaque purple-colored wine that offers up terrific fruit, loads of blackberry, blueberry, spring flowers, a touch of charcoal and graphite, followed by a multidimensional, full-bodied mouthfeel with sweet tannin and a finish of 45+ seconds. Robert Parker called it a stunner, and you will too.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Aida Estate, from a site that sits on the valley floor at a slightly lower elevation than the Vineyard 29 Estate, is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. It spent 20 months in 75% new French oak and there are 740 cases of this stunning wine. Opaque purple in color with notes of blackcurrants, blackberry, licorice, spice box and charcoal, this is a great Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that is full-bodied, powerful and masculine in style, but silky, because of the vintage’s soft tannins.

Both wines were highly rated by Robert Parker, receiving 95+ points each. Prepare to be wowed.
