Join Ziata founder Karen Cakebread and her winemaker Jennifer Williams for an intimate dinner, expertly prepared by James Houghton, Executive chef of Trinchero Napa Valley. Your party of eight will gather at Karen’s beautiful home for an unforgettable food and wine experience, featuring a carefully curated selection of Ziata wines and wines from Jennifer’s brand, Zeitgeist. The menu will include delectable local fare inspired by Karen’s personal vegetable garden and seasonal bounty.
James Houghton, a revered Napa Valley-based chef, will create a customized menu to suit you and your guests, brilliantly paired with Ziata and Zeitgeist bottlings. And, you can be sure that Karen will dig deep into her personal cellar for special gems.
Depending on the weather, the evening will begin with bubbles and bites against the stunning backdrop of Mt. St. Helena and the Palisades, followed by dinner al fresco overlooking the gardens. Dinner will take place on a mutually agreeable date.
