Item Description
“Women Learning, Women Leading” is the school’s motto and defines our expectation that our students participate as citizens of a small school and a larger world. We promote, through experience and example, the development of self-confidence and concern for others and the capacity for responsible risk-taking and ethical decision-making. Our mission and our motto are underscored by a commitment to our core values, the 5Cs—conscience, courtesy, character, courage, and charity.
For more than 55 years, Casti Camp at Castilleja School has provided girls an all-day camp where fun, learning, and friendships have been the focus. Casti Camp offers a range of age-appropriate activities including athletics, art, science, computers, writing, crafts, cooking, drama, dance and music classes each day. In addition, there are weekly field trips and memorable traditions, including talent shows, counselor skits, prison ball, BBQ Wednesdays, and more. Activities are designed to encourage creativity, self-confidence, cooperation, risk-taking, and responsibility. Casti Camp is located at Castilleja School in Palo Alto, where they have a wide array of facilities including gymnasiums, art rooms, a swimming pool, classrooms, stage, field and more! A delicious and healthy lunch is provided every day.
The all-girls setting creates a joyful and supportive environment where girls feel comfortable trying new activities, gaining new skills, and making great friends. The CILT program is perfect for girls who love the camp experience and want to develop their leadership skills in a month-long program.
The winning bidder will enjoy 50% off toward their 2-week camp tuition at Castilleja Summer Camp or CILT program.
