L. P. Robert Lavoine (1916 - 1999) was born in Caluire, France and was a French artist associated with Expressionist movement. He is best known for his landscape and cityscape paintings.
Robert Lavoine worked in Normandy and Seine-et-Marne. In Paris he exhibited at the Salons des Indépendants, Salon d'Automne and Salon de la Marine. He had regular solo exhibitions from 1941 in Paris, Rouen, Le Havre and London, and from 1970 in Japan.
