You are bidding on a half-hour private Gyrotonics class. Mosaic Bodyworks and Mosaic Movement studios offers Massage, Rolfing, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, Pilates and Barre. We are located at 10 Main Street in New Paltz, New York, on the upper level of Water Street Market.
The Gyrotonic Expansion System® is a holistic exercise method that fuses basic movement principles of Kundalini yoga, Tai Chi & Qi Gong, Physical Therapy, swimming, and dance. Spiraling and circular movements flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breath, providing strength training without impact or strain on the joints. Developed by a former professional ballet dancer, Juliu Horvath, who was inspired to create a new method of movement that would heal the body and repair injuries.The flexibility of the Gyrotonic equipment makes it comfortable for all body types and skill levels.
