Dumplings are delightful things, born of thrift and culinary ingenuity, that can easily be eaten in a few bites. That's about as definitive a definition as can reasonably be given. Try to craft any stricter definition — one that perfectly encapsulates the incredible diversity of the foods that fall under that category — and you will fail! Most cuisines on earth have some variation on the dish constructed from a filling wrapped in dough, which explains the prevalence of photo galleries online showcasing the wide world of dumplings." This class is a short list of some of our favorite "out of this world" Dumplings!

What's on the Menu?   

·         Mexico: Empanadas (Chorizo, Cheese and Spices)

·         China: Chicken and Shrimp Siu Mai

·         England: Vegetable and Chicken Pasties

·         Poland: Bacon, Mushroom and Cabbage Pierogi with Sour Cream

·         Thailand: Thai Crispy Spring Rolls (Pork)

What to Expect?   

The class begins with some prep work followed by our chef leading the group through the recipes while leaving a little room for some laughs and socializing along the way.  

What skills will be Covered?   

Making, shaping and rolling numerous dough's. Knife skills, working with Asian, Argentine and Polish spices. Deep frying, steaming, and pan frying techniques.

When will we Eat?   

It takes time to make a great meal and in general it will take 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to be served.   

Can we bring something to Drink?   

Absolutely, our classes are BYOB!

In order to maintain the class size of 12 people, we ask that anyone interested in getting a seat at the table buys one of the 12 slots for $1.00 on this site.
