- The Alcaldia (San Juan's City Hall), construction started in 1602 and completed in 1789.
- Fuerte San Gerónimo (San Gerónimo Fort); built on the opposite end of San Juan to strengthen the city's defenses.

The winner and the property owner (agent or representative) will agree to dates for a 4 night/5 day stay during a mutually acceptable week within one year of the gala (March 2, 2020). Holiday dates (including Christmas and New Year's) are excluded.By participating in the auction, the winner indicates his/her acceptance of the House Rules and agrees to abide by them. It will be his/her responsibility to read and understand all of the House Rules.The winner and property owner may be able to modify the selected time period of the stay, with 8 weeks prior notice, and select an alternative date that is mutually agreeable.The winner will not be able to transfer his/her award.
