The Penthouse at the Condado Key is a luxurious destination for your beach and city getaway.  Located in the stylish and fashionable Condado area in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Penthouse is steps away from the beach and some of the best restaurants and hotels on the island. Condado beach, the Condado Vanderbilt and La Concha hotels are right across the street. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the Condado lagoon are also walking distance from the Penthouse. Spectacular shopping in the neighborhood as well.  

The Penthouse has 8 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath(s), and 3,690 square feet of living area. It can sleep 8 or 9 people in its 5 beds. Additional features include two parking spaces, central air conditioning, California closets, and three open terrace spaces. It has a breathtaking view of the Condado Lagoon and the ocean. You can grill at home or step out to many of the reastaurants nearby.

Historic Old San Juan is a five-minute car ride away.  Immerse your family in the rich history of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean as you visit Spanish fortresses, walk through cobblestone streets and take a sailboat ride in the San Juan Bay.

  • The Alcaldia (San Juan's City Hall), construction started in 1602 and completed in 1789.

Item Special Note

The winner and the property owner (agent or representative) will agree to dates for a 4 night/5 day stay during a mutually acceptable week within one year of the gala (March 2, 2020).  Holiday dates (including Christmas and New Year's) are excluded. 
 
By participating in the auction, the winner indicates his/her acceptance of the House Rules  and agrees to abide by them. It will be his/her responsibility to read and understand all of the House Rules.
 
The winner and property owner may be able to modify the selected time period of the stay, with 8 weeks prior notice, and select an alternative date that is mutually agreeable.   
 
The winner will not be able to transfer his/her award.
