Item Description

Dinner for four at the Secoasts premier destination for fine dining - Demeter's Steakhouse, to the value of $400.

The story of Demeters Steakhouse begins with a lifelong friendship. Steve Demeter was a third-generation restaurateur at his family’s sports bar in Tarrytown, New York. Jon Bobbett was a footwear executive who frequently stayed in Tarrytown on business. Every night, Jon would head to Demeter’s Tavern & Sports Bar for dinner, where he struck up a friendship with Steve. The tavern quickly became Jon’s home away from home, so much so that eventually the Demeters invited him to have dinner with them every night, right at their own kitchen table. Over the years, Jon would invite Steve and their friends to travel city-to-city with him, and wherever they went, they had steak.  f there was one thing that Steve and Jon had in common, it was their passion for classic American steakhouses: the wine, the music, the atmosphere. What if one day they could take everything they loved about the steakhouse experience — and build one of their own? Twenty-five years later, it all remains: Steve and Jon’s friendship, the hospitality of the Demeters, and the dream of a classic steakhouse tailored for the 21st century.

Demeters have been featured on NESN and received the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence. More importantly, we’ve received the ongoing love and support of the New Hampshire Seacoast.

Now, we invite you to a place at the Demeters’ family table!
