Want to spent a week visiting magical Antigua, Guatemala? This fully-equipped home has all the conveniences of modern living in the timeless world of colonial Central America. The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The house is located within walking distance of everything in Antigua. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Central Park, dozens of restaurants (just 5 minutes to the famous Hotel Panza Verde), the best grocery store, the food and craft markets, a wonderful spa, a gym, and even a movie theater.
The exact location is 9th Calle Poniente between 5th Avenida Sur and Santa Lucia. It is a small, gated community of townhomes with two security men on duty 24-hours a day. Our cheerful home is located at the back of the property, across from the pool, and farthest from the cobblestone street so the noise of traffic is far away and you can sleep peacefully, waking to the cacophony of birds in the trees behind the house.
