Item Description
Lawrence Vrba is one of the most celebrated jewelry designers in New York City. His work is prominently featured in Bergdorf-Goodman’s renowned Holiday windows. He regularly supplies jewelry for the Metropolitan Opera and for Broadway. He designed and constructed King George’s crown and scepter in Hamilton, Glinda’s tiara and wand in Wicked, as well as necklaces and brooches for the recent Broadway revival of My Fair Lady. For over forty years he was the head designer at Miriam Haskell. His creations are notable for their imposing proportions, flamboyance, original crystals and beads. He is a close friend of Mr. Griffin. These handmade pieces were expressly created for the PVS Gala.
