Enjoy 7 days/6 nights of relaxation in a lovely condo in Solano Beach, CA. This beautiful home away from home has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, two twins), 2 1/2 baths, and will accommodate 6 people. Plus, a 7^th person can be accommodated with available pack 'n play or blow up mattress. And, enjoy the amenities that SEASCAPE SUR has to offer including 2 heated pools, a spa/Jacuzzi, sauna, adult lounge and tennis courts. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed – including puppies in training.

Situated in the affluent Solana Beach, your stay will be a unique and exciting experience. Enjoy the Del Mar Fair grounds where you can enjoy the yearly Del Mar Fair, live music events, and of course the world renowned Del Mar Racetrack. Come see where the 'Turf meets the Surf' in Del Mar!

Enjoy the city lights view from your balcony and take in a peak-a-boo ocean view! The fireplace is great for chilly San Diego nights, and the newly remodeled kitchen features brand new custom cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops and a top of the line new stainless appliance package! The kitchen is equipped with many of the comforts of home with plenty of space in your dining room, upstairs balcony or downstairs patio to hang out and enjoy the paradise San Diego has to offer!

Walk out the front door and you will find 2 spacious underground parking spaces just steps below you, walk to breakfast at the famous Naked Cafe, or enjoy your favorite drink and some great entertainment at The Belly Up Tavern. Tour the Cedros Street Design District where you can stroll and enjoy shopping, restaurants and wine tasting! Walk 2 blocks to Fletcher Cove where you can enjoy a good game of volleyball or just people watch! Fletcher Cove has a nice playground for your youngsters or just those of us that think we are still young! The Sprinter train is just a block away and Torrey Pines is one of the best hikes to take in a beautiful view of the ocean, just 2 blocks to your south! Don't forget to visit all the wonderful museums or an organ concert at Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. A short drive north will take you to San Diego Safari Park or wine country in Temecula. Come visit beautiful San Diego and take home some wonderful memories, truly a magical place!

Terms and Conditions: Stay must be completed by June 21, 2020. Dates must be approved by property manager. Mid-June through mid-Sept. is generally booked, as well as Christmas, New Years, and Easter. All tenants must be registered with the complex manager. No overnight guests allowed.
