In these sessions will look at and address the physical, emotional and psychological burdens that are blocking you from the Freedom of Being. You will unload, relax into your body and mind, and let go on an inner journey of expansion.
From Alexis: "I have worked in NYC as a State Licensed Acupuncturist in private practice for 10 years. Over the past decade, I’ve cared for corporate executives, competitive athletes, dancers, new mothers and fathers, artists and yogi’s alike. Across all walks of life, my clients experience a common result of our work together, an expanded understanding of what wellness means and a new awareness of how to live in a way that honors that wellness.
