On Saturday, July 13, 2019, Portland will hold its large Bastille festival in Jamison Square Park in the Pearl. The winning bidder and his or her entourage (group of up to six persons) will enjoy the unique privilege of having a permanently reserved table in the Wine and Beer garden. Come and go as you like to visit concessions, vendors, etc. and then return to your nesting spot.
Your group will enjoy $100 in beverage credits in the wine garden, attentive tableside service, a $100 credit toward meals and snacks for the St Honoré concession, and festive berets for each of your entourage.
As King or Queen of the day, one of your group will have the honor of announcing the start of the waiters race and assisting with the winners and prize announcements on stage after the conclusion of the race.
Enjoy your day of regalia and the trappings of royalty, for as we know from the storming of the Bastille, all good things for royalty come to an end . . . you'll relinquish your crown at the end of the day (sans guillotine).
