Chefs Dominique Geulin, president/owner of St Honoré Boulangerie, and Phil Oswalt, Executive Sous Chef at the prestigious Multnomah Athletic Club, will bring all the fixings for a gourmet multi-course meal to your home for your group of six to twelve people.
Dominique Geulin is a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a Chevalier in the National Order of Agricultural Merit (Ordre National du Mérite Agricole). He is the owner of the award-winning St Honoré bakeries throughout the Portland region; he is also the Honorary Consul of France in Oregon.
Phil Oswalt found his passion in the kitchen through culinary journeys in Oregon, on the East Coast, and in France, and eventually at the MAC, where he has worked for 10 years. Phil works closely with Executive Chef Philippe Boulot and has been a featured culinary presenter on the "Right at the Fork" podcast. In 2017 he won the award of People's Choice Chef at the 17th Annual Wild About Game cooking competition, where chefs from Seattle and Portland competed head to head in four game meat-based categories.
The two chefs will prepare the courses for your gourmet dinner and will join your guests to enjoy the dinner experience, where they will share their knowledge and talents in culinary excellence. The Chefs' Dinner Experience will be hosted at the winning bidder's home, on a mutually agreeable date prior to April 27, 2020.
