An afternoon of cooking Afghan food with Caiman parent Shekaiba Bennett in her own kitchen. Learn how to cook traditional dishes such as Bolani (stuffed bread), Mast-e-Khiar (yogurt dip), Kabuli Palow (rice platter), chicken or beef kabob, and Firnee (milk pudding).
Learn some traditional techniques while making these dishes and take the food home to bring to your family to enjoy an Afghan Americal meal.
The package includes approximately 4 hours of cooking together, ingredients for a dinner for 6 people, and the dinner itself read to go.
This cooking lesson is for 1-2 people.
