Are you looking for a new way to physically and mentally challenge yourself? Krav Maga Houston offers many specialized programs that include self- defense, tactical skills, yoga and more. The winner of this item will receive a six month membership to the Krav Maga Houston Central Campus for either the Krav Maga program or Warrior Yoga program.
Krav Maga is based on simple principles and instinctive movements. This reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time. Learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Just as important, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter. Tested on the battlefield and in the streets, Krav Maga’s practical approach to self-defense will make you safer and more secure.
Warrior Yoga is structured upon the traditional teachings and science of yoga while integrating ancient warrior tradition; through specialized poses, alignment, breathing techniques, meditation and functional fitness, you’ll be ready to conquer any mental, physical, or emotional challenge in your path and tap into your potent and high potential.

Item Special Note
Certificate is for new adult memberships only and is valid for either Krav Maga or Warrior Yoga, but not both. Membership is only valid at the Central Campus located at 59 and Kirby. Certificate must be redeemed by April 30, 2019
