Item Description
Handmade by alumni parent Judit Gilbert. Original, plant-dyed, felted image of a scene from a fairy tale: The Frog Prince by the Brothers Grimm.
The princess sits by the well and plays with her golden ball, tossing it higher and higher up in the air.
Unbeknownst to her, a little frog is watching intently from the clear water of the well.
Image size: 9.5"7.5"
Framed in a natural light-colored wooden frame and glazed.
A plant-dyed, felted wool picture brings a magical mood to a room and can be a unique present for a special person or occasion.
You experience the warmth of the wool; the radiant quality of sun-filled colors that come from flowers, leaves and bark;
images that appeal to a child’s fantasy; and the many loving hours that went into creating the picture.
Each wool painting comes in a wooden frame, ready to be hung.
