Item Description
This unique piece was designed by Irene Jansen as a trophy for the Los Angeles Doberman Pinscher Club some years ago. It was designated by Trophy Chair Irene for BOW.
Several of these were made for the LADPC and then it was discontinued. As several had been made, seeing one of her creations produced so elegantly, she had one made for herself. The thick Lucite is so reflective and it gives a 3-D appearance at every angle it is viewed.
The piece measures 12” from top to bottom – the Doberman is made of 1” thick Lucite and is and is 8” tall, 7” wide. The pedestal is 5” square at its beveled top and is 6 ¼” square at the base which includes it’s base molding. It has a high gloss finish for maximum shine of red mahogany color. The bottom has 4 felt pads to protect its display surface. This would most certainly make a great Challenge Trophy for a club – or it really could be your own personal piece of Eye Candy!!
This beautiful Doberman Bust is donated by Irene Jansen, 2nd Vice President and Case Coordinator for Special Needs Dobermans. She truly is the gift that keeps on giving and this time her generosity will help Rescues with routine expenses for their Dobermans through the DPCA subsidies they receive. Irene is also donating shipping for this heavy item!
