This certificate is good for 1 hour consultation of physical, emotional and biochemical systems with gentle treatment.  Dr. Polak works out of her Radiant Health Office in Sebastopol.

Dr. Laura is a board-certified chiropractor who specializes in Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). She holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West, a B.A. in Global Education from Antioch College, and a B.S. from New College. She is also a certified practitioner in levels of care by the Association of NSA. Her services include: Network Spinal Analysis, Somato Respiratory Integration, and Nutrition Consultation.

How it Works!

The application of Network Care is provided by a Doctor of Chiropractic. Specific low force touches are applied to your spine which assists your brain in developing new strategies to unravel spinal cord tension in your body allowing your nervous system to function more effectively, increase your body awareness, and promote new wellness strategies. Item Special Note

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.  Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 2:00-6:00pm and Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 12:00 noon-2:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.  All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.

SunRidge School is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping and/or mailing.
