Learn to cook North Indian food fit for Indian maharajas to be feasted upon right in your own kitchen! Rich, aromatic and complex flavors of Indian cuisine made easy. Get acquainted with the variety of different spices used in Indian cuisine and whip these up with your friends and make it an evening.
Menu will include one chicken dish, one vegetarian dish and a side accompaniment.
Sample menu (can be adjusted based on preference): Chicken Tikka masala/chicken curry, saag panner/panner/tikka, cauliflower and potato mixed vegetables, bhurta (roasted eggplant), chickpea curry, to name a few along with a side of salad or raita (Indian yogurt).
