Introducing our new Infrared Sauna Studio
R&R is an infrared sauna studio offering infrared pods and pneumatic compression. Infrared sauna pods use light to create radiant heat that is absorbed by the surface of your skin. Infrared rays penetrate deep into your skin and dissolve harmful substances. We provide towels, headphones, water and hot tea to enhance your experience.  Sessions are 40 minutes in length but you can stay in the pods for whatever amount of time feels comfortable for you.
