Item Description

Global 3-Piece Kazoku Hybrid Set

The Global Ni 4.75-inch Santoku Knife is designed for mincing, chopping and slicing fruits and vegetables. Global Ni kitchen knives have all the quality features expected from a Global knife range, the unparalleled cutting edge, stylish unique design and precision balance. But it doesn't stop there. With a new handle design and oriental style shape, the differences in Global Ni are its excellence.

The Global Sai 5.5-inch Chef's Knife performs a wide variety of cutting tasks, from fine chopping to dicing and paper thin slicing, mincing garlic, dicing celery, slicing tomatoes, and more. Global Sai Knives follow in the same tradition as Classic Global Knives, made in the same fashion by skilled Japanese craftsmen in Yoshikin's factory in Japan. The handle design is entirely new and incorporates an ergonomic thumb-rest to ease the cutting motion. The blades are honed to a fine edge to give superb cutting performance which helps to protect the blade against chipping, rusting and staining. Handcrafted in Japan using artisanal techniques with modern technology in the tradition of the samurai sword.

The 7-inch Global Hollow Edge Chef's Knife is an all-purpose knife ideal for meat and fish, yet performs beautifully on vegetables as well. Offers plenty of knuckle clearance when cutting on a board. The hollow edges on the blade help food release from the blade more easily. Global Knives have two most innovative features, the edge and the way they are balanced. The most important feature of any knife is its edge. The blade is made from one of the finest steels, Cromova 18 stainless steel. This special steel is ice-tempered and hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of 56-58, which remains razor sharp longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. T
