Four piano lessons plus a free introductory session, for a child or teen, ages 7+.  See www.MusicInMe.LA for more information.  Auction winner may bring up to three friends.  Free Intro Sessions will be held in April and new groups will start the week of May 6, 2019.  Valid for new families only.  Because Music In Me Piano Studio is nearing enrollment capacity, bidders are urged to confirm lesson time availability directly with the studio prior to bidding (310-351-3389 voice or text).

Play piano immediately! Music In Me Piano Studio uses the groundbreaking playing-based approach called "Simply Music."  This method will have you playing great sounding music, including popular, classical, blues, jazz, accompaniments, and original compositions and improvisations, from the very beginning - plus it's fun and naturally easy - the way music should be!  For ages 7 – 107.  Visit www.MusicInMe.LA or email Amy@MusicInMe.LA for more info.

Children ages 4-7 use stories as the basis for creating music, improvising their own “soundtracks.”  Students learn to interpret mood, color and nuance as the story unfolds.  Before ever learning to play another composer’s music, children have the opportunity to discover their own musical story. 

Amy R. Levine, credentialed music teacher and Licensed Simply Music and Play-a-Story teacher, has been teaching music to children and adults for over 15 years.

Valid for new families only, for kids ages 7+.

Materials, including instructional videos, audio files and pdfs, are not included.  Parents/students ages 7+ will have the option to purchase either a $10 or $35 materials package per family.  Materials options for ages 4-7 range from $10 to $25.

Lessons are held in the Palms/Cheviot Hills area, near National Blvd. and Castle Heights Ave, L.A. 90034.

Lesson length varies from 30-50 minutes, depending on group size.  Maximum group size of 4 – 6 students, depending on student age.

Free Introductory Sessions are geared towards children ages 7+, parents and adult students.  Younger children are welcome; parents are asked to bring quiet activities or supervise younger children away from the session if being in the session becomes difficult for their child.
