Wine Country CrossFit Kids - Six (6) Classes
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled-down version of CrossFit. It is entirely, absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids. Since Late 2004, CrossFit Kids has been “Forging the Future of Fitness” and is currently in over 400 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan, and Panama. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. We briefly address nutrition, so kids start to identify foods that make them feel good and perform well. Finally, our kids develop self-confidence and a sense of integrity from the individual effort and group interaction. Classes are 40 minutes long. CrossFit Kids class is for children approximately 7-11 years old.
Please note that our kids' classes follow the NVUSD schedule. When school is out we do NOT have our CrossFit Kids or Teen Classes.

Local delivery or pickup only in Napa, CA. Winning bidders may pick up their items or certificates for items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 26 to Friday, April 12, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from April 15-19.) Items not picked up by April 12 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and certificates ship for free.)
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
