Item Description
Spicy, savory and sometimes sour—Laotian cuisine beautifully melds these flavors together. EB staff member Noëlle Simmaly and her husband Joi want to take you and 7 others on this culinary ride.
It’s time to give Laotian food the spotlight it deserves. Laotian cuisine is vibrant, colorful, packed with herbs and chilies, and the combination of ingredients are guaranteed to thrill your taste-buds.
You'll learn how make the delicious mango sticky rice dessert, using the traditional cone-shaped bamboo basket to steam your rice. Gather fresh ingredients in a savory fresh spring roll—with the traditional technique!
After this cooking class, you won't need to go to a restaurant to enjoy Laotian food!
Item Special Note
1 Laotian cooking class for 8 students at Natasha Boissier's home.
Special thanks to Noelle and Joi Simmaly.
