Our property is a beachfront, two bedroom, three bath condo at Sapphire Bay Condominiums West (aka Crystal Cove) in St Thomas, USVI. It sleeps 6 as there is a king bed in the two bedrooms and two twin Murphy beds in the living room. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and is fully-equipped for cooking and eating. There is a washer/dryer. It is fully-furnished with linens, towels and beach towels.The three bathrooms were redone three years ago with top of the line European fixtures. We have high speed broadband internet.
Our apartment is in the building closest to the water and is about 50 feet from beautiful Sapphire Bay with excellent swimming and snorkeling. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool on the property. The hotel, a short walk down the beach, has a restaurant and a coffee shop and there are many restaurants nearby in Red Hook, 1 mile away on the East End of the island. The ferry to St. John leaves from Red Hook every hour and it is a wonderful day trip. Sapphire Marina is a short walk down the beach and sailboats and motorboats can be rented there for the day.
St Thomas is a nonstop flight on United or Delta Airlines. American and JetBlue stop in San Juan. The temperature is around 80 degrees year round, but it is slightly more humid in the summer. Tropical breezes always blow so, although we have air conditioning, we seldom use it.
Dates to be mutually agreed, preferably at least four months in advance. Blackout dates are mid-December to mid-January; February break and possibly Easter break.
Our cleaner will get the apartment ready in advance and close it up after, but we would like her to come at least twice during their stay at their cost of $80/day. She is available more often if desired, to clean and do laundry.
