The cabin sits on 4 acres of aspens and pines, with a view from the front porch deck of the Mummy Range. Close to town, yet private with a vast array of wildlife passing through the property, including elk, deer, bear, coyote, bobcat and the occasional human. The house has everything you need to enjoy a mountain respite!"

"About the owners: Natives of Baton Rouge and Tulsa, Linda and Bob moved to Estes Park in 1997. They live on adjacent property to the cabin, and also have another home on VRBO (7bedrooms/5 baths) which is across the road from this property.
Why the Owner Chose Estes Park:
We chose to 'retire' in Estes Park for its beauty, accessibility and outdoor opportunities.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Little Valley offers exceptional views and easy access to town. The dining area in the cabin is surrounded on three sides by an old growth aspen grove. There is no better place to relax and enjoy the mountain views than our living room and front deck!"
