Item Description
Auctioning off a real piece of history! It's a 1971 "Doodle Bug" pinball machine by Williams that has been used in private homes for the past 15 years. The machine works as it should, has original paint, and is in player's condition. It's set on free play (the coin mech does not accept coins) and offers 5 balls per play.
The electro-mechanical machine has two flippers, five pop bumpers, two slingshots, five standup targets, a kick-out hole, a right outlane ball return gate, and up-post between flippers. Doodle Bug scoring animation below playfield moves a captive ball repeatedly across a point-scoring rollover button. A gap exists between the flipper and adjacent slingshot disallowing cradling the ball with an energized flipper. Sound comes from a bell, wooden box chime, and a knocker.
