Traci is a dedicated philanthropist in the Bay Area and is known for her unending generosity in the community. She has been a long time supporter of the farm to table movement and sustainability and is consulting for the food start up, Impossible Foods.
Robbie Lewis is a Drew dad (Dante '21) and chef in San Francisco working for Bon Appetit Management Company. He has been working with Traci for over 25 years, first at Rubicon, where he began his Bay Area career, then later as her Executive Chef at Jardiniere as well as recently collaborating with her on the Presidio Foods restaurants, The Commissary and Arguello. He is currently overseeing the creation of the food services at the Chase Center, the new home of the Golden State Warriors opening this year in downtown San Francisco.
Traci and Robbie will collaborate on a tailored menu and delight you with their culinary wizardry and regale you with stories of their decades together in the restaurant business of SF and the insider story to their appearance on Iron Chef America. Joining Traci and Robbie in the kitchen will be Andrea Rodriguez, Robbie’s wife and another Jardinière alum. The dinner will be hosted at the home of Drew parents Bob and Elissa Hambrecht (Nate '22).
