Item Description
Aurora's 2nd and 3rd graders Quilt Project - Truly Priceless!
Aurora's 2/3’s studied Oakland and the rich history of four immigrant populations that settled in the bay area: Mexican, Chinese, Italian, and African-American.
After learning and discussing what each culture contributed to the history of California and the Bay Area, they created this quilt project with images and symbols that represent each culture in Oakland.
