Located 1 mile from Ridgevale Beach and walking distance to many of the local amenities and shops.  The bike entry is .2 miles away and 2 miles from downtown Chatham.  

The open concept home features vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped stainless steel/granite kitchen with 4 seat breakfast bar.  The patio hosts a Weber gas grill with a large table for 6 plus two loungers.  The dining room table seats 4 with a leaf for 6.  

The home offers a king bed in the master bedroom with an en suite.  There are two extra bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full/twin bunk bed and trundle.  

A partially finished basement with sectional, wall mounted flat screen, office and laundry room allows for a separate living area.

We arrived at the property totally exhausted at 1:30 am with 2 young kids in tow, and to say I was relieved and thrilled when we finally walked into the house is an understatement! It smelled so clean and fresh, the pack ‘n play was exactly where Michelle said it would be, and the beds/sheets were so comfortable and soft.

The following morning we took a little stroll to Dunkin Donuts which is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house and drove to the grocery store - about a 4-5 minute drive. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook delicious meals, and the garage has tons of chairs/umbrellas/toys for the beach which we loved. They also have a huge Weber Grill on the patio which we used a few times!

The house is so conveniently located and in my option, Chatham’s downtown area is the cutest in Cape Cod! During the evenings we relaxed - the living room is spacious and comfortable and the TV has every possible channel you could ever want. The house was absolutely perfect, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this home again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Cape!
