Enjoy a 2 night stay at The Graham & Co . A 20 room hotel in Phoenicia, a small hamlet in the Catskill region of New York State. Inspired by the heritage of the Catskills, the Graham & Co. is a modern take on the classic weekend getaway. We are located at the foot of Hunter Mountain and just two blocks off of Phoenicia’s main street, approximately 2.5 hours from New York City

With unpretentious but considered accommodations, we offer over 3 acres of activities featuring a swimming pool, hammocks to lounge in, a badminton court, a fire pit, picnic area, bikes to explore on and plenty of places to relax with a cocktail. Close to hiking, fishing, tubing and skiing, The Graham & Co. is a perfect place to stay through all four seasons.

Tavern 214 is set in the bucolic Catskill Mountains, just a few steps from the Stony Clove Creek. Dine outdoors on the covered patio or cozy up to the fireplace in this 1920’s Colonial Tavern, newly restored by your hosts, Peter & Vivian Diaz.

After 25 years of running Food & Beverage operations in NYC, San Francisco, South Florida’s East Coast and Gers, France…Restaurateur Peter J. Diaz and wife Vivian have opened a place of their own.
Tavern 214 opened it’s doors on August 10th 2013 in the small Catskill hamlet of Phoenicia, NY, where Peter used to vacation with friends… particularly his friend Stan Beck. Since the late twenties The Tavern/Inn has been known as “The Cobblestone”, “Aunt Tillie’s” and most recently “Claude’s Bistro & Lodging”… Here lies the connection: Claude was Stan’s Dad, may he rest in peace, and it was Claude’s Bistro that formed Peter’s bond with the Catskills, The Beck Family and the idea of a complete restoration. Peter & Vivian reside above Tavern 214 in the lodging space they now call home and if you ask them…it’s all a dream come true.
