The Oilerie private tasting event is a unique opportunity to sample the freshest Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Balsamic Vinegars and Specialty oils. The Owners, Blake & Marta Zoglman will conduct an overview of their 30 different varieties of unique olive oils & balsamic vinegars that are procured directly from producers located in the Lazio region of central Italy & the Willamette Valley of Oregon. You will have the opportunity to sample the products, ask questions and take home a variety of recipes. All of our amazing products will be available to purchase during the event.
The Oilerie also carries a variety of specialty foods –balsamic sauces & jellies, pastas & pasta sauces, seasonings, rice, olives, olive oil health and beauty products and much more.

The recipient of this tasting party will contact the owner (Blake Zoglman) at blake@oilerie.com to schedule their tasting party. Once a date has been set, they will receive a menu with at least 15 different dishes to choose from. The menu consists of a range of items from appetizers, salads, main dishes to even desserts! The Host/Hostess will choose any 5 menu items from the list. We are able to easily adjust for food allergies and any gluten free requests and the menu selections change seasonally.
Beverages: Water (sparkling or still) and balsamic lemonade will be provided
Note: The Host/Hostess can bring beer/wine/spirits with them to the event!
Expires: 12/31/2019; blackout dates between Thanksgiving and Christmas do apply.
