Using fresh organic local ingredients in the sweet and savory crepes. Our savory crepes are made with organic buckwheat flour (GLUTEN FREE)and sweet crepes are made with organic white flour.
Husband and wife team have dedicated their professional careers to the service industry. Dj Dahmani worked many years in restuarants beginning in Paris, France and now California. Rebekka Dahmani has many years experience in restaurants, cafes and hotels in California and Paris, France.
