Item Description
Restorative Manual Therapy
â Therapeutic bodywork for
~ postural imbalance
~ athletics/repetitive use
~ musculoskeletal pain/injury
Motion Bodywork is the private practice ofâ Tiffany Crockett, LMT and Certified âMedical Massage Practitioner with additional training in numerous modalities focusing on musculoskeletal alignment and posture restoration. I utilize muscle balancing and re-education to relieve pain and promote holistic healing; working to restore health to the entire individual.
Bodywork is not relaxing massage! It consists of precise manual therapy techniques applied to specific areas for the relief of particular musculoskeletal imbalances and/or pain, and to promote healing of the site and its supporting structures (related muscle/tendon/ligaments.)
The process of natural re-balancing is accelerated with good self care. I encourage eating chemical-free food, drinking sufficient amounts of clean water, adequate rest, moderate outdoor activity/exercise, and plenty of laughter and smiles.
Soft tissue manual therapy is appropriate for musculoskeletal pain, muscle tension, or discomfort associated with athletics, injury, repetitive use, postural imbalances, and to support body balancing.
