Item Description
Hang this unique, hand-forged steel, Celtic cross in a prominent spot in your home. There are many theories about the origin of Celtic crosses but they all look similar: a traditional Christian cross with a ring around the intersection of the stem and arms. This dark brown, hammered cross is riveted with square gold rivets to a smooth lighter brown cross underneath, creating a 3-dimensional piece. The ring is also hammer-distressed to match the cross. Embossed at the top of the cross are the letters “INRI” for the Latin title “Iesvs Nazarenvs Rex Ivdaeorvm” which translates to, "Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews". This simple but meaningful piece measures 11¾” high by 8½” wide.
Item Special Note
* Cross measures 11¾” high by 8½” wide.
