Item Description
Collectible Surgi doll by Rakefet Arieli with production assistance from Lucas Kessaram: Chiyogami Paper, Stickers, Iron-on Transfer, muslin, cotton embroidery thread, gold textile circles
My Surgi Doll has mixed emotions. The front is filled with positivity and good energy (golden circles) that is being elevated to the heart, where it is most needed. The back is wearing a hospital gown only, representing the sense of complete vulnerability.

Participated in group exhibitions in Toronto, Canada, and Tel Aviv, Israel, and her works were published in "Making The Cut Vol 1: The World's Best Collage Artists", Crooks Press, 2017.
