Set in an upbeat, open, kitchen-friendly atmosphere, Blue Moon has been recognized by Taste of the Seacoast magazine’s Best of 2009-2014 awards and New Hampshire Magazine’s Best of NH 2005, 2013 & 2014, just to name a few. Our commitment to providing nutrient-dense, sumptuous fare has made us a beacon in the locavore movement.

About Blue Moon Evolution
Blue Moon’s deep-rooted philosophy is based on the inherent respect for the individual and the planet. Since 1995 we have had a close relationship with our local farmers and community members, and have maintained a focus of education, global awareness and constant learning. For fifteen years we have been the local health food store and café located in downtown Exeter. As we have evolved and become more aware of our impact on the planet, we have chosen to direct our energy in support of the local organic movement. Currently, big box supermarkets and large food conglomerates have capitalized on the natural foods industry’s growth and have satisfied our original quest in the grocery arena. We celebrate the fact that our mission has been accomplished, that natural and organic are mainstream terms, and from this our new path is set. We strive to reduce our carbon footprint, know where our food comes from, respect the individual and honor the food and the farmer.
