Item Description

The TEACH Group has been serving the Knoxville area since 2015. We provide speech and language, occupational therapy, behavior, and psychological services. We strive to improve the lives of children and families by providing excellent service and care. Services address communication, language, social skills, sensory integration, attention and focus, self-regulation, and disruptive behaviors.

We serve children with autism, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorder, reading and learning disabilities, communication challenges, disruptive behavior, and other issues. We strive for optimal progress, open communication with parents and caregivers, and for each child to reach and exceed expectations.

This package includes all of the following programs:

The TEACH Group, LLC - Executive Functioning Program

Executive Functioning Program Intake, Assessment, and Parent Follow-Up. The Executive Functioning Program is led by certified occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, and behavior analyst. The focus is on improving focus, attention, emotional regulation, flexibility, organization of materials, and goal-setting. Many children with ADHD have problems with executive functioning skills.

The TEACH Group, LLC - Behavioral Consultation

Behavioral Consultation. We evaluate and treat children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, social skills concerns, and other issues. Sometimes parents need help with behavioral strategies, potty training, following directions, doing well in school, and a variety of other concerns.

The TEACH Group, LLC - Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Occupational Therapy Evaluation time consists of 1-1 1/2 hours. We evaluate and treat sensory integration disorders, handwriting issues, fine motor delays, balance and coordination, feeding issues, and other motor related concerns.

The TEACH Group, LLC - Speech and Language Evaluation

Speech and Language Evaluation, approximate time of 1 1/2 hours. We evaluate and treat for articulation, language, reading fluency, phonological awareness, social and pragmatic skills, and other speech and language issues.
