Item Description

Enjoy this vacation property at Selwo Hills Apartments for 7 nights.  It is located in Marbella, Estepona, Spain. The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a veranda overlooking the community pool and tropical gardens. It is on the 2nd floor and has a perfect view of the entire complex. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment association allows a maximum of 4 guests.
 
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport. It is an hour and a half drive from the airport to the apartment. Having a rental car is the best way to get around. A nearby Carrfour market is a few miles away as well as the city center. 
 
The property is available from September 22, 2019 to September 29, 2019.  Check in on the 22nd after 3pm.

The apartment will cleaned before the guests arrive. (A separate cleaning fee will be assessed for additional services needed during the stay.) The cleaning service provider lives above the building and guests can make arrangement with her directly.

Item Special Note

The winning bidder may pick up items at Bridges Academy starting on Wedesday, May 1st from 9-10am or 2-3pm in Lisa Herz’s office.

Items that need to be mailed such as gift cards/certificates will be sent via USPS.
 
If you win an item and would like it mailed via certified insured mail, please email lisa.herz@bridges.edu by May 3rd and we will do so at your expense.   
 
Items too large for regular postal service will be shipped at the winning bidder's expense.  Shipping charges for USPS Flat Rate Boxes are as follows: $8 for small boxes, $13 for medium boxes, $18 for large boxes. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. In the event that your item requires additional postage you will be notified and your card will be charged.
 
Bridges Academy is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
