Located in a great Tahoe City neighborhood, this house has a beautiful and relaxing setting with forest views and a peek of the glimmering lake. There is one large sunny deck located on a greenbelt. There are 9 acres of open land behind the house perfect for exploring and taking in nature. This house is not your traditional darker Tahoe Cabin, but is just the opposite. During the winter and summer the house is full of sunlight and is decorated with modern textiles and furniture.

House has a brand new 1,000 Square foot deck with new hot tub.

The home features a large fully equipped kitchen with Viking 6 range stove, Kitchen Aid Mixer and Keurig coffee maker, dining area (seats 12) and an expansive living room with wall to wall windows, high open ceiling and large flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private master bathroom and door to the deck.

The living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom are located on the ground floor.

There are two separate upstairs areas. Two bedrooms are located upstairs off the living room, 1 room with a Queen bed and the other with a queen and bunk beds.

A room above the garage offers tons of fun for the kids and adults. A perfect space for horsing around, watching movies, playing, napping and has four fold-out twin beds.

Minimum age to rent this is house is 25 years-old. No smoking and no pets allowed. We are looking to rent to those that will treat the house as if it were their own. If you are looking for a party house please explore other options. In the winter, this house has priority snowplowing making for easier access, but four wheel drive with snow tires or chains are recommended.

Blackout dates are all holiday weekends, the entire months of July and August, and from December 19, 2019 through January 6, 2020. The winner of this item is responsible for a $300 cleaning fee.
