Food prepared by Jordan’s Food of Distinction.  Chef Jordan Spritz, a native to the North Shore of Chicago, is the owner and Executive Chef.  Jordan trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and has worked with a number of world renowned chefs, continuing to grow and learn from the best. Amongst these names were Charlie Trotter. The kitchens at Trotters were silent, each person commuted to their specific task. Jordan has continued this precise philosophy in his kitchen at JFOD and at all catering events. To walk into the kitchen at a JFOD event is truly to watch a masterpiece be danced into life.
