Continuum Estate, founded by Robert, Marcia and Tim Mondavi in 2005, produces a single estate based wine from its Sage Mountain Vineyard on Pritchard Hill. Try it yourself with a magnum (1.5L) of Continuum Estate's 2016 Sage Mountain Vineyard Proprietary Red Wine, a new vintage. A slightly cooler growing season, 2016 produced a smaller than normal crop that benefited from an extended hang time. This wine shows delicacy on the nose with citrus blossom and rose petal aromas. The wine builds in power and presence on the palate with cassis, dark fruits, bergamot, dried wild herb, and notes of cigar box and leather. 2016 is expansive and sinewy on the mid palate with a ferrous minerality.

Continuum's estate winery was specially designed by architect Howard Backen and his team to work in harmony with their magnificent site. The winery design enables them to both protect the integrity of the fruit coming in from the vineyard and meticulously care for each individual lot, so as to further enhance the purity of the fruit and each blocks unique character.

Bidder is responsible for any shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount; items will be shipped and billed at standard industry rates. In lieu of shipping, bidder can also arrange for pick-up at The Oxbow School in Napa.
