The Hollywood Bowl becomes an enchanted world of magic beans, towering giants, and handsome princes as the setting for our annual fully staged musical – the darkly humorous and hauntingly beautiful masterpiece by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, Into the Woods. As the Baker and his Wife travel through the forest trying to reverse a witch’s curse, they come across Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and other famous storybook characters all in search of their own wishes…but “happily ever after” turns into a tale of “be careful what you wish for” when granted wishes have unexpected effects. This is Sondheim at his finest, with such memorable songs as “Children Will Listen” and “No One Is Alone.”
This package includes 4 garden box seats and parking for the Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 7:30pm performance.
Silent Auction Item:
This item will be auctioned off at the Bagpiper’s Ball in our “Premium Silent Auction”. You may win this item one of two ways - by placing your highest absentee bid online if you cannot attend the event or bidding onsite at the Bagpiper’s Ball.
How this works:
We will close the online bidding at noon on Thursday, May 2, 2018 and open bidding again at the Bagpiper’s Ball at the last placed highest bid.
If you cannot attend the Bagpiper’s Ball, you may place an absentee bid by emailing auction@campbellhall.org with your highest bid. A member of our auction team will bid on your behalf up to your Maximum Bid Amount. The winner need not be present.
