Item Description
This is, literally, so cool! Coolhause Awesome Ice Cream will roll-up one of their patented trucks and throw a designer ice cream party for you & 50 of your BFFs!! Backyard, office, you name it -- they are there! (And if a truck isn't possible, they'll do a Pop-Up Ice Cream event.)
Women-owned & women-operated, Coolhaus now distributes their hand-crafted ice cream to more than 6,000 grocery stores--but their home base remains in Culver City. The ice cream truck package includes: signature scooped-to-order handmade ice cream sandwiches (“sammies”); custom edible sandwich wrappers with your company logo, monogram, or a photo to make unique party favors
custom menu of up to five cookie and five ice cream options (including vegan and gluten-free flavors); staffing by our cool ice cream sammie “architects.”
We also have seasonal flavors (summer sorbets, holiday themed flavors) and seasonal hot and cold beverage services (gourmet, single-pour hot and iced coffee for affogatos, artisanal sodas for floats).
No tax (included with donation), but gratuity for Coolhuas servers not included.
Item Special Note
All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.
If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
