Item Description
One (1) pound of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Koke Beans from Cognoscenti Coffee
Cognoscenti prides itself on acquiring a global assortment of beans from small coffee bean buyers, bid on this pound of their coffee to try at home.
This is a very exotic and tasty Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, if you've never had Ethiopian coffee, this would an amazing introduction.
Koke is a particularly high-elevation district within the famed Yirgacheffe growing region.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is one of the worlds most sought after coffees. Since Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and it has embedded history as the first coffee growing region, it's no wonder these beans are incredibly popular. Offering a softly fragrant aroma, these coffee beans have a subtle floral scent and a satisfyingly intensified finish.
