The quiet elegance of notNeutral is reflected in this beautiful dinner plate set of 8. This item includes 8 of the Links Dinner Plates (White) as well as One Hollywood City Plate. 

Links Dinner Plate in White - Our very first pattern when we launched back in 2001, this pattern was based on the links of a bicycle chain.  We were fascinated with the way the links fit together and looked for other ways to connect them.  This pattern has been used ever since at many different scales, colors, and configurations and continues to be a top seller.

Hollywood City Plate - Part of our sixth series of City Plates.  The theme of this sixth collection is "American Dreams." Each of the cities in the series (Boston, San Francisco, Hollywood, and Palm Springs) has inspired the spirit of the American dream.  Whether it was freedom from religious persecution, the promise of fortune and fame, or the desire for a golden age of leisure that spurred the growth of these four cities, they are all landmarks—historically and architecturally— that represent the persistence of a national ethos full of ambition and optimism. From its inception, Hollywood has projected the image of itself as a place where anything can happen. As a district within the city of Los Angeles, Hollywood encompasses a reservoir, canyons, a municipal park, a freeway, expansive commercial boulevards, quiet residential communities, and massive studio lots. This plate illustrates the idiosyncracies of the region where all things aspirational and gaudy, natural and artificial, converge. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is highlighted with a persimmon dashed line. To the east is a green dashed outline over a portion of the 101 Freeway, indicating the proposed site of Hollywood Central Park.

Item Special Note

All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.

If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.

Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
