Enjoy one glorious week this summer in Truro, MA. July and August availability for summer 2019

Spacious North Truro summer house with view of Cape Cod Bay and a 5" walk to Cold Storage Beach.  Ocean beaches are minutes away and the lively town of Provincetown is viewed from the upper floor and deck. Beautiful sunsets are seen from the upper decks while lower decks provide shade and restful hammocks.  This "upside down" contemporary house has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.  The upper floor houses the large master bedroom with a private deck and its own bath, an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area, a half bath, and an expansive deck with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.  The lower floor features two more bedrooms with a shared bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. Antiques and local art adorn the house. There is also a game room, and full laundry room.  The garden features a waterfall frog pond, shaded pergola, flower beds, and berry bushes to pick from.  North Truro offers quiet and beauty with the lively happenings of fine dining, art galleries, and theater and music events in nearby.  No pets, loud or large parties,  or smoking indoors.

 (The cottage at the back of the garage may be occupied at the same time but the tenants will not intrude upon those staying in the house)

Item Special Note

House is available for one week: July 13-20, July 20- 27 or August 18- 25, 2019

Winner will be required to give a damage deposit of $1,500 to cover any damages incurred.  Winner is financially responsible for reimbursements of all damages incurred above $1,500 as well. If the tenant leaves the property in acceptable condition the deposit will be refunded in full within 2 weeks.  The deposit is due by June 15, 2019. Checks are preferred.

Available beds include a King, Queen, Full, and two twin futons if needed. Sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided.  Winner will wash and fold all towels and remake beds before leaving as well as take their garbage to the Truro dump off Rte. 6. A full contract will be issued by the owner. Dishes are to be left clean and house broom swept. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for home turnover. 

Note that this is a RETREAT home and there is no television or wifi.  In fact there is no wifi on the street!  Renters can use their phone as a hot spot or find wifi on the lovely pergola or indoors at the Truro library or at the ice cream shop, Sweet Escape.
