Location: This private villa, Casa MARS, resides within one of the most famous resorts in the Dominican Republic:  Casa de Campo.  The villa sits on the first tee of the world famous “Teeth of the Dog” golf course.  The resort is self contained with over 7,000 acres and includes a marina, spa, pools, tennis, beach, four golf courses, shops, restaurants and more.  Once on the resort, you never need to leave!

Term:  Up to seven (7) night stay for dates in 2019 to be arranged by high bidder with the villa owner.  

Golf:
There are 3 championship golf courses at Casa de Campo. If you are interested in tee times, owner will book them for you upon confirmation of your trip.

Exceptional Service: Flora is the owner's personal housekeeper and is like family.  Although she does not live in the villa, she arrives in the morning and leaves before dinner to take care of guests.  Flora will spoil you during your stay with far more than making your bed!  Put your clothes in the laundry basket and they will be washed by the end of the day.  Flora’s services are included in the rental fee however, guests are asked to generously tip Flora on departure.

Resort Fee: $35 per day, per guest, not included in golf villa. Gratuities not included.

Airfare not included.  Suggestion:  Recommend flying into La Romana Airport (LRM).  It’s a 10 minute cab ride to the resort.  The other choice is a direct flight from Dulles to Punta Cana (PUJ) but about an hour and a half from the resort.  Owner can recommend a driver from any of the airports.

Resort Access:
As villa guests, you have full access to all restaurants, pools and amenities of the resort for a daily fee of $35 per person that is paid by you directly to the resort upon check in.  In addition, golf carts can be rented for the week from the resort for a daily fee. Recommend both of these options to make the most of your stay in Casa de Campo.
