Possible subjects: American feminism at a crossroads, activism in a time of upheaval, How to Be a Friend to a Friend Who’s Sick (her latest nonfiction book, about what to say and do—and not say or do—when a friend is suffering in body or mind), a week in a writer’s life, reconciling faith and feminism, the story behind the founding of Ms. magazine and the making of Free to Be… You and Me, or any topic related to her other books. A founding editor of Ms. magazine, Letty Cottin Pogrebin is a writer, lecturer, social justice activist, and the author of 11 books, most recently her latest novel, Single Jewish Male Seeking Soulmate.
